The pre 2008 Road Glides had the wobble on the twisites. You could purchase a stabilizer to eliminate the wobble. It improved handling by triangulating motor & trans in the chassis. The 2008 and later bikes have a different frame. The ride is much stiffer then you were used to on your Ultra.

I have a 17 RGS and have the same issue. I only have 1600 miles on mine. I also feel it slightly in the floor boards. At first smooth all the way to 80 MPH. I just don't ride faster than that. Now vibrates at 70. Too much vibration to ride 70 MPH or above. Under 70 MPH still pretty smooth.
